The goat farm Žofín is a family enterprise managing 5 ha of land. For the past 12 years, we have concentrated on breeding white short-haired goats and since 2003 we have produced milk and cheese for the local and national consumer markets. We do make 2 kinds of cheese - natural and with chilli and garlic.
